Quotations are invited from suppliers for following Items/Services during contract period 01 Jul 2023 to 30 Jun 2024 for supply of material/Services of Toiletry & Sanitary items, Swimming Pool Chemicals, Printing and Stationery, Stationery and Printer Cartridges, Petrol, Diesel & Lubricants, Electrical Goods, Paper/Packing items and Scrap.
Services: Pest Control, Painting/Whitewash services and Washing Cloth/Towel.
AMC: A/C’s, Gen Sets, Tata sky, water purifier.
Tenders forms shall be collected from Main Office or downloaded from DGC website. www.delhigolfclub.org on payment of Non-Refundable Rs. 2,000/- Inclusive of GST per tender Category, up to 04:00PM on all working days from 19-May-2023 onwards or send through NEFT/Net banking.

Tenders forms shall be collected from Main Office or downloaded from DGC website www.delhigolfclub.org on payment of Non-Refundable Tender fee of Rs. 2000/- Inclusive of GST per tender Category, up to 4pm on all working days from 19th May 2023 onwards or send through NEFT /Net banking. Sealed Tenders must reach the Office before 5.00 p.m. on 29th May 2023, Or scanned copy of your proposal can be sent on Email id tender@delhigolfclub.org. |

Successful Suppliers/Service Providers will have to deposit security amount equivalent to 10% of annual supply or one month’s supply, whichever is higher. |

4. |
Rates quoted must be exclusive of taxes. VAT / GST if applicable should be shown separately. |
|
5. |
Service Provider should attach a copy of PF/ ESI / Labour License Registration (Not applicable for AMC Services) |
|
6. |
There should be no overwriting and cutting in the tender forms filled. Price must be typed in words and figures both. |

7. |
In case payment is made through NEFT/Net banking, it will be mandatory to mention UTR NO/Transaction Reference No. If, said details are not mentioned The Delhi Golf Club has right to reject the Tender Form. |

8. |
The Delhi Golf Club reserves the right to select the vendors on the basis of Economy, Quality Control, Hygiene, Reputation of vendor and onsite Inspection. |

9. |
The Delhi Golf Club reserves the right, to change, modify, add or remove the duration and the terms of Agreement/Contract without any prior notice.
